Not at all, we just want fair value. A good not great prospect and a late 2nd for a top 6 winger a 3rd rd and a 3rd pair dman. It just doesnt add up for us.

Yea I saw Yzerman fleece Washington. That won't happen with the Bertuzzi trade, if there is one.

Is Mathews better than Mariner? A couple of days ago a Marner for Bertuzzi ACGM was posted by a leafs fan and most of the Wings fans here agreed that Marner was way more valuable than Bertuzzi. So I'm not sure your senses are working properly might want to get them checked out.

Detroit has no plans to trade Bertuzzi so if Toronto or anyone else wants Bertuzzi they will definitely be overpaying for him.

The Mantha to Washington trade it is still soon to say who won that trade.

It was clear from day one that the Wings won the trade.

Vrana put up 11 points in 11 games with the Wings. Mantha put up 8 points in 14 games with the Caps. The Wings also got a 1st, a 2nd and Panik which they now flipped in the Leddy deal.

But the Bertuzzi situation is different because of his recent back injury. He's also not under contract.
