No way the kings make that trade. They are still in the rebuilding phase, so going after a guy who will be out of his prime before the up-and-comers make any difference in the NHL doesn't make sense. That is rushing the rebuild, which only creates problems.
The Buffalo trade also has no chance of going through. Buffalo values Thompson highly, so they wouldn't just throw him into the Eichel trade. The trade itself for Eichel is good though. Just not enough for Eichel AND Thompson. If you did get Eichel though, putting him behind Mika isn't the best move. Eichel is the better player and deserves more ice time. He is the bonafide #1 center
I get the logic on the Vegas trade, but I doubt Vegas takes it. Both players are replaceable, but Vegas wouldn't make that trade without having a replacement for both.
