          only 4 more years of Marner.... till Dubas resigns him at 15 million because he has to make the same as Mathews tears of joy

          On who's behalf? You don't think Seattle pays a bottom 4 D, a third line F (Fischer), a second line F with one year left (McCann), a struggling middle 6 F (Domi) and a back up goalie for a top 5 winger with term who can be the face of the franchise? I think they might.

          Quality >> Quantity ... unless you're the Leafs and need to re distribute their cap.

          Why do folks think Seattle are selecting the overpaid/injured Domi.
          Seattle doesn't do that trade...they use Marner's 11m cap space to sign good UFAs

          Actually I wish the Leafs had left Marner exposed and he was selected by Seattle. A good GM could build a better team around that newfound cap space.
