Pesce has way more value than Pouliot, i dont see a reason why Carolina would do this, they give up an established dman for a gamble of a d prospect, and downgrade their goalie for a 5th round pick.

Fleury would be a massive upgrade over both Canes goalies. Someone must have taken a few too many pucks to the head to think otherwise.

Cam Ward has a 2.62 GAA with a .905 SV% not great but much better than MAF's 3.17 GAA .904 Sv%. Fleury has little value. He certainly doesn't have enough value to cover the difference in this trade. You seem to be the one who has taken too many pucks to the head. You Pit fans are way to biased, and way over value your players. Pit will be lucky to move him let alone for anything of value.

I agree it's not a fair trade because the difference in pesce / pouliot is larger then fleury / ward but please do not say ward is superior to fleury. Prior to this season every stat for the past 3 seasons would say othwrwise
