Description
This is the NJD counterpart to a VAN team. I'm assuming in adding Quinn, New Jersey ends pursuit of Dougie and instead gets a fantastic shutdown pairing in Graves and Savard. This team looks like it could do things. Seems like they're looking at a lot of the guys I've signed here. Long term bad, but big turn around next season.

Roast my line combos, didn't really watch New Jersey last year.

Devils decline the Quinn Hughes trade.

And the lines are pretty off with 4 out of 5 of our lesson scorers from last year being in the bottom 6/not in the lineup

Probably start with something like this....

Zacha -- Hischier -- Bratt
Kuokkanen -- Hughes -- Sharangovich
Foote -- Boqvist -- [tbd, probably Clarke or Holtz]
Wood -- McLeod -- Johnsson

Maybe add one more forward before season.

Yeah haha. There's actually another Jack Hughes in next years draft, NOT related though. Hoping the Devils draft him.

Luke is 17 now...
...so 35-36 then.

Maybe. Modern science is pretty great though.

Yeah but some people even retire at that age. Won’t really have the same effect as the current bros.
