Edmonton lost its leverage in the goalie trade market by driving up the Kuemper value and then bailing out.
Now they are the only team who needs a goalie upgrade.

Rangers can easily hold firm here and get their 1st rounder out of Edmonton. Holland botched his attempts at getting a goalie,

I agree, I don't see Georgiev warranting a 1st. He's intriguing, but has not done enough or had enough opportunity to establish 1st pick value.
