Detroit have 17 defenders under contract (including Hronek) and don't need any more.

Fischer isnt worth a 2nd round pick. And I wouldnt trade away Pettersson like a cap dumt either.

Im still the one yes on pettersson for Detroit. We have exactly 1 ld under contract after next year with any nhl exp and thats osterle whos a 3rs pair at best. I still like the idea of hronek and pettersson as a pair.
