Hmm, there's something workable here. Swap Poehling with a prospect like Kapanen maybe, and then swap the 2nd+4th with a 1st, and I think Minnesota is interested.

Too many question marks about Drouin right now. Back to back seasons of underwhelming play for a $5M player. Ottawa JUST shipped Dadonov out so it would be weird to replace his contract with Drouin who has been even less impressive of late.
Also LW is the one position Ottawa has NO shortage of options at. Tkachuk, Stützle, Formenton and Paul are pretty much locks and we have a plethora of AHL'ers who could step into the bottom 6 if needed. Ottawa is better off shipping Tierney at the deadline for whatever return they can get.
