I don’t like the trade for both teams. It also seems pretty lateral. If the Sens acquire a D, it would have to be a D like Pesce or Carlo mold as a Partner for Chabot

I think cbj declines as I think boqvist has higher upside.

Yes Boqvist upside is a bit higher, which is why Ottawa give up Logan Brown and a 2nd round pick.

This trade could end up very lopsided if Brown puts in head on straight (change of scenery) and stop being injury prone.

Personally I don't mind paying a bit to swap the 2 players because Boqvist is a RD and that's a position of weakness for Ottawa. The opposite for LD
