Ottawa has no reason to pay so much for a one year deal. He may be worth it . but that is a three year deal (might even be a little high) for three year deal

At this point, if Brady wants a 1 year deal, he can sign his QO if he wants to play this year.

You're right. If I'm Ottawa management, I say to him, if you're not signed by game one....our only offer is the QO. Leave it up to Brady to submit his offers...which Ottawa and accept or deny.

Idk about that. I'm leaving the door open for an 8 year deal, but I'm closing the door completely to any short term deal. Also if he's not on a long term contract ready to play for Opening night, I'm naming Chabot Captain. I still want Brady to be the captain, but he's not being one right now, and Chabot has shown all the qualities of a great captain the last few years.

You can only have 23 players, you'll need to drop a scratch and raise Tkachuk's contract amount.

BTW, for those discussing the QO, it has expired.

To whom it may concern: I put the dollar figure below Petterson and the other Tkachuk, without stressing over other comps. We've no idea what Brady has in his pocket to warrant the holdout.
