                      TOR
Over the next two years, we'll be pushing to make the playoffs.

And maybe get lucky in the first round like Montreal last season

Against a team that is built for the regular season instead of the playoffs.

Either way, Connor Brown is going to be a part of it.

And we're going to reward him for it once it's all set in done

Like we did in October, 22nd 2020

It's going to be a beautiful thing.

Ottawa needs to make the jump soon, otherwise they run risk of being in a limbo of struggle similar to Detroit or NJ.

Not sure what “a limbo of struggle” is but both NJD and DET look to be in fairly enviable positions for rebuilding teams.

As much as I’d love to see Mangiapane and Brown reunited, why would Calgary trade away a player they just signed as a UFA?

Is Coleman elite for not receiving any votes for the Selke Trophy?

Is Coleman elite for not receiving any votes for the Selke Trophy?

Coleman did receive Selke votes the year b4 last. But I’m wrong. I didn’t know C.Brown was even a serviceable two-way forward. Selke votes last year alone prove that.

I probably only watched 3-5 Sens games last season. So knowing everything about Sens players I don’t. But I do follow hockey closely. Look at game logs nightly. I have NHL season ticket. I know most of every teams top prospects, I follow the draft every year. I’m in a keeper fantasy hockey league. Again, Not a huge Sens fan but do folllow the NHL pretty closely.

And that surprises me. Seeing as he doesn’t “hit” a lot, doesn’t block a lot of shots. I do look at some analytics but not a huge analytics guy. I knew he played the PK too, but I didn’t think he was a top PK player either.

Good to know though!! I was wrong. A much better two-way player than I thought.

As much as I’d love to see Mangiapane and Brown reunited, why would Calgary trade away a player they just signed as a UFA?

That's not what this post is about.

As an Ontario native playing for an up and coming team in Ontario, I find that unlikely.

He doesn't want to leave home and become an estranged relative.

And we've improved last season in comparison to the season before that.

Dadonov was never a difference maker for us.
