Yeah I just about had enough of splitting Point and Kuch. Whether it was working or not, we're at our best with them together.

I like giving Stamkos the extra offensive help since Cirelli and Killorn aren't necessarily the most gifted playmakers, but I am curious how the line splits are going to work.
Pre-TDL it was like we had lines, 1, 2, 3A, 3B
But with those I guess it's closer to: 1, 2A, 2B, 4

We were pretty bad before the playoffs last year too. I am not overly worried as it would take quite the meltdown to fully miss the playoffs.

Honestly, I still think the Canes are soft and probably less talented without Hamilton. Obviously if we don't find our game it won't matter, but they are still the toughest team in the Metro and we should be able to handle them.

We also have unfinished business with the Caps from 2018 that we haven't cleared up yet. Wouldn't mind the chance to have another meeting with them.

Still get the same vibe as last year with Carolina. At that point it was if we can beat Florida we can take Carolina.
