I don't know much about those young guys and understand the need to move salary, but no 1sts is not good

It will be early 2nd (+/- 38OA), so it really close to late first round pick. There is no chance Preds will give their 1st, when they are rebuilding.

If they're trading for Eichel, then they aren't rebuilding. There would be an expectation to make the playoffs in 22-23 if they trade for him, so just send that first.

Either way, even if you exclude the Johansen cap-dump, the value is definitely not there.
