Hawks will retain 1/2 his salary but give us something better then a late 2nd and late 4th. Take on Shaw's LITR at least.

Separately, Strome is not a winger. You shouldn't want him if your intent is to play him at wing.

While stromes value isnt high, the retention is probably worth that alone.

A 2nd is good, but a 4th 2 yrs away?
