It would be nice to get marner. But there has to be a way we’re the caps don’t give up there future. Also oshie will probably be here still he retires

It was down to McMIchael or Lapierre when i was selecting that asset, would you rather lapierre??

I’m not sure. I’m not good valuing prospects so I’m not sure but I would like to acquire marner. So good trade destination with him

I don't mind that trade for the Caps, the issue is there's no way they can fit Marner under the cap.

Schultz and Kempny walk creating $6.5M in cap space, Trade Eller and get more cap space, it'll work

Well in a marner trade we would

a) a replacement RW (why i selected Oshie)
b) a Center prospect (why i selected McMichael)
c) a good depth player (why i selected Hagelin)
d) a backup/starter (why a took vanecek)
e) A 1st round pick

I put in the 2nd because i was moving our Mrazek as well, but that doesnt have to be there

Not 4 first round picks. I feel with a change of scenery and the system the caps have I think he will be a good fit.

Well if you combine the players and pick , it equals four 1st round pick. Just look at toronto this year, or dating back to playoffs, zero goals by marner, 2 total points going back to playoffs. 1 points in playoff, 1 points this season in 4 games
