Because Detroit isn't a trade partner for Eichel. Period.

The cost Detroit would be willing to give, Buffalo would laugh at and the cost Buffalo would want Detroit shouldn't even consider.

LMAOO nobody is paying that cost for Eichel. The reported asking price is rumored to be around 3 first round picks or equal value. Veleno is a very good prospect/former first rounder, and Fabbri is a young contributor right now. I can see how im a little lower but your asking price is literal insanity. Not even saying Eichel isnt worth that, but nobody is giving up 4 potential top6 players 5 years younger than Eichel.

Don’t see BUF doing anything with DET that doesn’t include Raymond. Don’t see DET saying ok to anything with Raymond.
