I think Devils would be open to moving Subban, retained likely, for a future piece.
My fingers would be crossed for Brock Faber.
I don't think Quick or Maatta would hold much interest though.

He is still a solid d-man and would be top-4 on a lot of teams.

That might be true, but he's probably a $2.5-3M defenseman making three times that. Even at 50% retention, he's still negative value.

Definitely not worth a quality prospect like Brock Faber. At 50% retention, he could potentially return a struggling guy like Sean Durzi or a lower ceiling guy like Austin Strand.
