I agree...he's one of the last players that they should move. Interesting that it was rumored (and we all know that 99.99% of rumors are hilariously bogus) that Vegas was willing to put him into a potential Eichel package at one point. That was probably just pandering to try and get Calgary to up their package, but it would be interesting to see the haul that he would bring in. Guys a stud...can't believe my beloved Ducks moved him to shed Clayton Stoner's contract tears of joy

Rumored? By who? I think it was put into packages by dopes on this site that didn’t understand what his value was. Honestly Shea Theodore was probably the last asset the knights had that they would move.

I don't disagree that it would be undeniably stupid, and most likely had zero legs, but it was bouncing around between blue checkmarks on twitter early this week.

The rumors were generated because we resigned Whitecloud and brought in Hutton because 3 defensemen were injured. We’re not moving Theodore

It’s pretty obvious what happened in my opinion. Sabres leaked fake crap about both Calgary and vegas offers to try to drive up the price. Apparently it worked, as the knights initially said either tuch or krebs, and then forked over both.
