Overpay from Tampa,although something around Foote+ a pick might be reasonable. Tampa also has to figure out the cap even with retention. Honestly,not sure if another RD at the deadline will be a more pressing need than a middle 6 F. Maybe Rakell would be a better target from Anaheim.

It would definitely have to be quite the package going back, mainly to make all the incoming salary work. I'm sure it could be done, but even if Tampa got Anaheim to max retain on both and involved a 3rd team on Manson let's say, they'd still have to clear near 2 million in cap with Foote going back already. It would be very costly in draft picks and would be a big all in move as neither Manson nor Rakell could likely be kept after the season.
