It's hard to say what Hamilton would fetch...if Calgary is smart he should be untouchable, but there just seems to be a little black cloud over him no matter how well he plays there...
It shouldn't be enough to get the deal done. 1 yr of Bozak and Jvr who Calgary probably can't afford to resign for a 6'5" right hand shot defenseman locked up for a while...

Too low on the Zaitsev, Brown, and Hyman deals....and Calgary wouldnt accept that

Really? Assuming they re-sign JVR and Bozie or possible sign and trade wouldn't you say its fair? top line scoring winger and second line center? Calgary has lots of cap space to work with when JVR and Bozie become UFAs so it shouldn't be a problem to re-sign them

How much do you think Zaitsev will get? Brown and hyman are bridge deals because they're both RFAs with more to prove.

Probably 5 × 4.5 for Zaitsev its not fair but he will get it. Hyman I dont think has much more to prove I dont think he is capable of much more, Brown however youre right does have more to prove. However even the bridge deals I would say 2.5 × 2 is something they might get

What's with the crazy idea of sign and trade. Keep Hamilton for a year. Sign JVR and Bozak as UFAs (if you think that's a good idea) and then trade Hamilton for cap space and get assets in return.
