I like it. It's not agressive buying so it doesn't hurt Nashville if they don't go far in the postseason.

I wouldn't mind keeping Benning for a playoff run, but overall I like it. The additions make sense, without selling the farm.

Could alter the VGK trade to include Cousins perhaps? Though they went down that road a couple of years ago, so not sure they revisit that.

Honestly, I don't mind it. I like Benning more than Boro, but I think we've got too many defensemen at the moment. One of benning/boro/harpur is probably gone by tdl.



Vgk (probably) wants a deal consisting of just picks in order to maximize profit, so i'm not sure they consider either iteration. Though, if I had to guess, I'd figure that they push for either a grit player like Olivier or a bounce-back player like Rocco -- 1/2 retained. At this point, they have no leverage at all, though, so there's gonna be huge assets coming the other way (I think).
