I’m not familiar with my KHL or European talent. Wanna give me a quick scouting report on him and why he makes sense?

His numbers in the KHL have been phenomenal. His quick and smart style of play is very similar to that of Mikheyev's, but his finishing ability is much more natural and consistent. Mikheyev reportedly asked for a trade and his injury history is very unfortunate, Kuzmenko fills the very minor hole left by Mikheyev and lets Mikheyev start fresh with a new team. He's a very skilled player and allows us to move on from Mikheyev. Im sure you've seen this highlight of him floating around the last few days:

Would he not be on a 1 year entry deal?

Totally get it now. Seems like a solid fit. Salary for a first year player in North America could come back to bite them though. If only he could take a cheaper deal. Not sure if he’s forced to sign a 1-year ELC or not

It would be a 1 year ELC, just trying to facilitate a team that could fit him long term if he does work out. Obviously a 1 year ELC is no biggie and could easily fit.

Ah makes sense. Well get him on the one year entry and hopefully we don’t have to move either Kerfoot and Holl. If cap goes up by 1 mil it could be done.

I’ll add Denis Alexeyev, Konstantin Okulov, Jakob Stenqvist, and Julius Nattinen should we lose out.

Seems to a just hopeful dream that Ritchie can be vanquished so easily. Depending on Biega and Kral to play next season.....no thanks

Yeah kuzmenko's khl pts/60 numbers are spiffy

21/22 pts/60 4.2

20/21 pts/60 2.3

19/20 pts/60 3.5

Between Gusev and Mikheyev IIRC

Flyers don't do that, Wisdom is an above average prospect and Kerfoot doesn't have much value at all

Keefoot has been great this year and had an extremely good playoff performance last season. Its reasonable to say that the Flyers wont trade wisdom, but saying its because Kerfoot doesnt have value is an L
