I can't see Vancouver doing the first deal, or Wheeler waiving to go there. The second deal does absolutely nothing for Winnipeg.

Montreal passes, we have wayyyyy too many LHD now, no sense adding another. The 5th round pick doesn't get you any of that and the prospect is just a prospect not worth much more than a 3rd ish (maybe a 2nd)

Everyone does. The league crazy like that basically 85% of dmen and d prospects shoot left. Not even kidding I'm always looking for trades because Canucks need RD. There are so few.
