Yeah as improbable as it is that the Rangers would do this, you guys would prob be better off staying away lol. If this kid isn't immediately in the top 6 he will flake and demand a trade again.

Zacha on the cheap. His number will likely be closer to $5m.

Also, would rather see us target Carrier or Fabbro from Preds.

Carrier is the most untouchable of the three. Fabbro could be traded, but he's really turned the corner in his development this season. Can't see NSH letting him go for just a 2nd and Wood.

I can't see many teams trading at all for Wood.
He has been hurt all year and will out until March or April at the least. So probably lost season for him.

Fabbro/Campbell for a forward (Wood, Kuokkanen, Foote, Clarke...maybe Gritsyuk) plus top-5 protected 1st.

Of those NJ prospects you listed, I think Foote would be the most interesting to the Preds. TBH, I'd rather have Campbell than any of them though.

Funny thing I thing he woudl be. He is not Josh Ho Sang, I think he's Kaprizov. But still had he not flaked the Rags went about 2.5 wks before needing someone, I think because of PK Subban, oddly enough!

I'm not huge on Kravtsov personally, has some good skill but he tends to shy away from physical play and often looks lackadaisical in the D-zone (not ideal for NJ). That being said, the Devils are in desperate need of scoring wingers and his trade value is pretty low for a guy with as much upside as he has. It really wouldn't hurt to give him a look in the top 6, Devils can't possibly get much worse at this point anyways. I would rather do Boqvist and another asset for him instead of giving a 2nd though.
