Rangers wont trade Schneider. They also seem determined to try to get Strome resigned, making a trade for Horvat moot.

Tyler Moote is nothing and Minnesota doesn't need him. Why would Minnesota add a 2nd round pick and 3rd round pick to Kevin fiala for JT?

I love Hamonic and miss him but isn't he unvaccinated? Lou wouldn't trade for him if he's not vaccinated. I also can't imagine Hamonic would report if he was traded outside the west coast.

Agree on Motte. I don't think Fiala + 2nd + 3rd is completely terrible for Miller. It's a bit of an overpayment (Miller is a better player than Fiala), but Miller's versatility to play center, playoff resume, and faceoff ability are worth the upgrade IMO. I wouldn't love that deal (without Motte), but I don't hate it.

Motte is a really good bottom 6 player. We would be happy to keep him. If you need energy, pk ability, he's an asset.

Nothing against Motte, we are just bursting at the seams with bottom 6 forwards
