GM Game Master Thread

OK. Here's a game that people can play if they want where people can pretend to be the GM of a team, and we can make trades and stuff as if it's the offseason (no vegas expansion trades until we get closer to the expansion draft, though you may talk about those trades). You may ask for a team, and i will give you that team if it isn't already taken. My favourite teams are the Rangers and Islanders tied, so i'll be the Islanders. Each person may only be the GM of one team.

I was planning on making a side deal with Vegas to not select either player. Also, Vegas would take their RFA rights anyway, so they'd likely get similar compensation. Of note, Wennberg not extended yet due to possible deal with MTL.

You can re-sign UFAs if others agree. I must agree and we must have 3 more agree probably.
Offer sheets are allowed if both teams are officially out of the playoffs.

I think we should wait until July 1, or whatever our version of it is, to offer sheet. Offer sheets aren't allowed until the player officially becomes an RFA

May 15 for UFA's ? Any still Playing in playoffs at that point could be off limits due to possible changes in value.

May 15 for UFA's who are out of the playoffs. May 15 Expansion Draft Protection Lists can be due. Entry Draft on May 15th as well?

Not sure how we should do offer sheets. Very very few have happened recently due to their cumbersome nature, maybe we shouldn't do those?
