I will be officially shopping a few players now. Anyone interested in Matt Calvert I'll take offers on. He's very good on penalty kills, and has excellent speed. Gives his all every shift. I won't set a hard price for him, moreso listen to whatever anyone would be willing to give up for him. His contract expires after next season as well. Hartnell I will be taking offers on as well. I will be willing to retain salary on any Hartnell deal. Dubinsky is another guy i'll hear offers on, I will consider salary rentention if desired for him. If any GM is interested let me know.
Can I resign Slater Koekkoek for 2yrs with a cap of 950 k?
I'm fine with this yes.
I agree. Koekkoek is really just potential right now, like Ryan Spooner was 2 years ago. We have him 950k I think for 2 years so this seems about right to me for a guy who's a high rated prospect type, but hasn't really proven himself in the NHL yet. He;s only playing 13 minutes.
Available to be centerpiece of big trade: Sam Bennett's rights, Mikael Backlund.
Available, but it'll take a lot: T.J. Brodie
Willing to trade, but I'd rather include them as sweeteners in a big trade: Ferland, 2017 1st Round Pick, Bouma
Want to move: Brouwer, and maybe Frolik, but he has some good value.
Unavailable unless you blow me away: Monahan, Gaudreau, Hamilton, Tkachuk
Want: Prospects, but most importantly, a first line RW
What are do you have in mind for Bennett?
Either a top line RW, or a very good prospect (A or better) and a 1st. Bruins top line RW is Pastrnak and Bennett doesn't come close to matching his value. So I'm not sure what the Bruins could offer. DeBrusk and Senyshyn are good, but I'd want a RW to play in the NHL now.
What team has 2 A+ prospects? My team has some great prospects, but I wouldn't consider anyone other than Charlie McAvoy an A+.
Quite a few.
Would you trade for OEL? If so, what would be your offer?
I would trade for OEL if he was really cheap. McAvoy and Carlo are untouchable. I'd have to offer Quantity instead of Quality. Maybe like Zboril, your choice of Lindgren / Lauzon, your choice of Heinen / Cehlarik and 2017 First. Not really A+ prospects, but a former mid 1st guy, a high upside 2nd round pick defenseman and a Winger who's excelling in the AHL as a youngster. Lindgren was in Hockey News' top 100 prospects near 80 I believe and Zboril has rebounded offensively this year and Cehlarik and Heinen are probably battling for best rookie AHL Forward. Our first could be bad though as we look to be in the drivers seat in terms of making the playoffs. Not sure if I'd make the deal, but that'd be like the most we'd offer for him. I'd rather offer a package with like Krug going your way with only a little bit added. Maybe Krug and 2017 first and Linus Arnesson.

That's unrealistic prices. Bennett has regressed and registered 25 points in 77 games so far this year. Not sure you'll get a first line RW or an A prospect and a 1st for that. Seems more like something that would get you a couple B prospects.

Fair enough. But sorry, OEL is too good to be traded for quantity.

Hasn't been put in the best situations this season. I'd bet as a 2nd liner with useful linemates, he'd easily put up 50pts
