As a sharks fan, I'm not sure what they would think of the Hertl trade. For me, I only really like the first. Benson has not proven himself at all, Lavoie seems to be a project as others have stated, and Barrie is alright but don't think the sharks want to take on his cap for multiple years. Not sure what he would be worth if they tried to flip him.

Turris and Soderlund will have to stay out of the trade with Vegas

Chariot will go for a first unfortunately not just a random group of players with minimal value. Quality > Quantity in the NHL

Hertl as a rental will go for at least Tomas Tatar Equavalent package in 2018

On paper that sounds great. But I don’t think we could flip Barrie for anything that good. We just don’t need another RHD. Especially not a offensively driven one like Barrie.
