Certainly doesn't make the Leafs any more contenders. First Vancouver doesn't do that trade. Trading two NHL Dman and only getting one in return.
Kerfoot is better than Zack Reese this year. Getting rid of way two many futures just obtain Chychrun especially when it's not in for a position of need.

Leafs need a nasty RD that keeps people from in front of the net and plays the PK. Simple imo.

So who is nasty RD you talk about? Not by the trade posted. Gee, Holl along with Muzzin and Brodie are the Leafs big time PK guys,
