We have plenty of cap space, therefore, we don't need retention, so Sean Walker for UFA Ben Chiarot straight up is a good idea from our PoV.

We have plenty of cap space, so exchanging UFA Maata for UFA Kulak makes absolutely no sense.

We wouldn't trade Kupari straight up for Drouin; if we were to take that contract off your hands, we would be the ones getting the second.

We have absolutely no interest in, or use for, Chris Wideman as long as we have Chris Wolanin.

You seem very direct in everything you've said. So tell me, who did you speak to within the organization or who's mind can you read that you know all of this for sure?

It's fascinating that you would construe anything in my comment as an implication that I have some special knowledge about any team. It's almost as if you're looking for a reason to attack my opinion.

Here on CapFriendly we all call ourselves Armchair General Managers ("ACGMs"), so we all speak in the voice of the general manager of the team at issue.

Drouin brings winger depth and an element to the lineup that Montreal no longer needs.
We brought him in as a center and it didn't work. I have no problem moving him for another crack at a center.
I'd be willing to make a trade for Kupari whether it involved Drouin or not, but I wouldn't need a pick coming back.

& here in reality, we don't speak as if we know. We realize that we have opinions and cannot speak for someone else as if we knew or could read their minds. Just something to keep in mind for your future comments though.

I'm not speaking for someone else, I'm speaking for myself. Don't you understand the whole point of CapFriendly? It's a fantasy website.

Do you understand it?

Maybe I should recheck my dictionary, but I'm positive the term "we" doesn't mean "I".
