gibson is one of the better goalies in the league. i dont know why the ducks would trade him unless he wnats out

You find a way to make the money work for Campbell next year and your arguably have one of the best goalie tandem's in the league.

You'd have to give up more than you'd ever want to. The Leafs should just sign Campbell as he'll likely be a bit cheaper than Gibson and they wouldn't have to give up assets.

But how? You're already above the cap now and if you want to make it work, the roster will look atrocious aside from the goaltending.

😔. The only reason why is said that is because he is a playing as a backup in this acgm. Our goalies aren’t true starters and they haven’t proved be. Both are backups.

if he requests a trade, he'll want to go and win the cup. not get stuck in the first rd. lets be honest here. he has a better chance of winning a stanley cup in the khl than he does with the leafs.

the leafs should sign him right now. say he does really well in the playoffs and asks for 6x6? they'll obv say no to that. but if he's asking 4.5 x5 right now, i'd sign him asap.
