You could be right. I just feel that RD is coveted and the cost of getting Anaheim to retain some salary and take back Ritchie will be fairly high.

People have been on the fence about a 1st and an A prospect for Brown but 100% that would be the cost if he goes back to Toronto. Whether it's Robertson, Knies or Amirov but for the Leafs to get Brown back, especially if Ottawa is eating 1m off two years of the contract, it would need to be one of those three and a 1st.

OTT isnt moving CBrown (and retaining 1M to boot) for anything less than a *nice* piece.

Leafs don't want Connor Brown, he doesn't move the needle. Leafs will easily say no to that deal
