Kulak is a pretty good defenceman. He's better than Scandella who got the same return.

Yea but why would we need kulak if we have Scandella both are bottom pair anyway not much difference I’ll do that if y’all take Scandella back in the trade tho

Kulak is a 7/8 on a good team. I haven’t seen Scandella play since he left Montreal so he must have declined a ton. And they play completely different styles.

Here's where we differ Kulak for me is a decent 2nd pair option and Scandella is a tire fire by every metric avaible I would dump him to a team who would take his contract .

Echoing your two fellow Montreal stalwarts:

Since picking up Kale Clague on waivers, here's your top 6 average time on ice:

Chiarot . . . . . . . 23:22
Petry . . . . . . . . . 22:47
Romanov . . . . . 18:46
Clague . . . . . . . 18:05
Kulak . . . . . . . . 17:19
Wideman . . . . . 14:53

Kulak is a bottom-pairing defenseman. You'll be doing well if someone gives you a fourth for him.

Ducharme is not a good coach look they are playing Chiarot more than Petry and Romanov. And again TOI is not a indicament of skill.

Oilers arent trading a first rnd pick for Chiarot when he is a ufa next season. They wont have the cap space to resign him.
