'Lumbus is rebuilding and not in a position to shed futures. Plus, Savard was going to a proven contender whose 1st was going to be late. CHI's 1st is likely Top-10.

Missing Oshie really hurts the PP, but Hoffman's deal really screws the Capitals in the offseason. Gives us even less cap to work with to resign Vanecek, Samsonov, and Sprong.
