Both those offers are weak, and Im not sure PITS has many high level prospects.

Comtois is probably worth Kapanen and a 2023 2nd, CHI would likely want DeSmith (who really has little value), 2022 1st and a prospect (probably one ranked top 4 in the Penguins system), and even then they probably get similar if not better offers.
