FLA won't pay that return for Chych directly to ARI, and adding LA to the mix just dilutes their return. LA isn't giving up anything of value at all except Peterson and the first.

Bad take from everyone on here. The Kings don't need goaltending, Quick and Petersen are both servicable. The Kings are really only in on Chych.

Also to say Vilardi, Grans, and Madden have "no value at all" is incredibly short-sited, just look at any prospect sites. These are not players with no value.

If you compare them to Knight and Lundell, they have no value. Vilardi has promise, but has underperformed and been passed on the depth chart. Grans and Madden are serviceable prospects, but not top end like.

And for LA to get a first back as well is just overkill.

Yeah, sorry, but Florida isn't going to trade Lundell AND Knight AND a 1st for Chychrun & only Chychrun. Lundell & Knight are next to untouchables
