I dont think the PHI offer is enough. Ufko is a 4th round pick and the 1st just isn't enough, competitive for Giroux, let alone they add Brassard.
Brassard, when healthy had 11 pts in 19 games, and probably gets a 3rd on his own in trade (remember that its only 80-90th pick overall in a fairly weak draft).
NASH 1st 2022, NASH 2nd 2023, and a better prospect is probably a more competitive (and rumoured cost) offer for Giroux. I know hes a rental, and I know NASH wouldn;t need retention, but PHI could offer retention for a better price, and theres a few teams that have cap space without retention, like NYR/can create cap space like COL/WASH by giving back an expiring salary (a Kempny/Hagelin/etc...).
I'd go with a NASH 1st 2022, NASH 2nd 2023, 4th round pick prospect Ufko AND maybe they take back Phillipe Myers for Giroux and 50% retention and Thompson (or RD Braun), then use the cap space in another trade/upgrade
