I don’t see Arizona accepting that trade. A 3c, and a late first for Keller. He is still young and is playing very well this season. The asking price would be higher in my opinion.

Mittlestadt had a fantastic end to last season but has been dealing with a nagging injury but I understand your point. At his age I just think he’s got a more realistic upside than a 3C

He did Indeed play well last season. If he comes back from his injury and plays better, then I could see a team trading for him if you guys don’t want him anymore. If he turns into a 2c, then I could see Arizona possibly doing a trade around him for Keller.

I just don’t think you get more for Olofsson before he walks in a year. Get another winger in a similar position, a goalie who has the track record to show this is just a down year, and another solid pick

Why do you think he walks in a year? Not saying he won't or hasn't said it (I haven't heard that) - but I don't think we should assume that about every RFA just because it leaked that Reinhart was planning that

Mitts value is not so high now because of the current season in which he almost did not play. We probably would have had to give up other assets to get Keller.

I don't really like the deal with Seattle, maybe Driedger is suitable, but I don't think Donskoi is needed. Maybe Morgan Geekie instead Donskoi. Also McCann would be a great addition, but then the deal would look different.

I mean for both sides why would they look for more than a year? He’s not going to make more than a QO with terrible leverage as his play has been very down. Plus I don’t think he’s really a player we should look to keep around longer than a year. He’s still relatively new to the league but an older player that isn’t really anything more than a PP specialist. Incredibly poor 5v5 player
