Zacha - Kapanen looks very much like a lateral move.
Thing is Devils don't need another middle six winger so if Z is traded to the Penguins I'd think that a 1st would be coming back instead of a winger.

Yeah. Kapanen is right shot and a lot faster than Zacha, but maybe the pens would add. If we add a prospect or pick do you think it would get it done or no?

I'd just think that Zacha is better suited as a piece in a package for a winger that moves the needle, like Boeser or Garland.
Sticking with Pens, there really aren't any great prospects here.
If anything one of Blomqvist, Lindberg or Clang could be of interest to add to Kapanen but I think a 1st makes better sense if Pens can fit both Kapanen and Zacha on their roster.
