yeah but if the values are fair, Cirelli and Boeser are gonna do way more in the playoffs than Laf and Kakko

Sure man, And you still get eliminated in the first round, This team isn't beating Florida or Tampa and wouldn't get past Colorado or Vegas.

that's a whole different convo lol. while I don't necessarily disagree, these moves give them more of a chance imo

In reality how do you even think this roster is even remotely realistic? Cirelli and Chychrun add $9,400,000 and Boeser will cost you $7,000,000 per easily and you've dumped very little money. Noway would this roster be sustainable and that's not even including adding both Halak and Strome to your roster as well. Once Zibanejad and Fox new raises kick in you're over the cap.

Why not, The rest of the league is managing to circumvent the cap.

not to mention how this many moves can destroy team chemestry and cause more problems then they solve, like the 5-6 year cup window shrinks to 1-2 years and your right back in cup hell.

Canucks decline real hard. I’d honestly rather have Hoglander than Kakko cause Kakko looks like a complete bust. They also have no need for Georgiev and Boeser is gonna cost a lot more than a first round pick

I think some of these "prospects" don't carry as much value as they once did. Georgiev is a non-tender candidate. Kravtsov couldn't return a 2nd rounder when they shopped him in October. And Chytil just isn't very good. Lafreniere and Kakko still have potential, but hard to imagine they return full price on that potential.

Each one of these trades is awful aside from the chychrun trade; however, you’ll need to add kravtsov into that as a sweetener.
