What do you mean? Kappo is a great goalie, he'd make a great 1B Goaltender

Pens don't have the cap space for Barrie, or the roster space for that matter.

he is but the only thing he has got over Skinner is a couple more years of development

Don't like how we're giving away Soderblom and Niederbach.

But that haul we get in return is pretty damn good.

Well Kaapo is our current 1G and he's not getting traded, especially not for worse one

Perhaps he suffers from DoD PTSD - every non-Oiler is more valuable than every Oiler.

The Husso move is even more incredible - making a 4 year, $17M commitment to a guy who has had 17 good games. Mind-blowing.

Don't give Husso that deal. Avoid the Wings deal and invest that in getting both Chychrun and Crouse. Also keep Yams and give Crouse same money as Foegele he has deserved it. Also Kaapo ain't getting moved target Georgiev instead and keep Skinner.

Georgiev is terrible, no reason to target him. And Chychrun? Why? He went on a shooting heater last year when he was isolated in the worst division in the league, he isn't worth what most people think he's worth. This year he's getting soundly outplayed by Gostesbehere FFS. And the Oilers have Broberg, Samorukov and Nemelainen ready / coming. I don't see any reason to make a move for Chychrun.

I don't think it's really worth it for the red wings. Niederbach, Tuomisto and Soderblom have more development than Bourgault. They meet the timeline a little better than the added picks. If they want to dump Keith's contact they can add Yamamoto that's fine. I would take it Keith wouldn't play anyways.

Georgiev is solid and Chychrun is still a good defender on a good deal. Could try to get him for a cheaper prize aswell. Very black and white one sided. This would still improve the team.

Georgiev is not solid, nor is he an upgrade. Have you noticed that he's only started 2 games in the past 46 days? It's because he's been terrible in those games: 5.09 GAA and .811 sv%. He's garbage right now, I don't know how you can honestly suggest that he'd be an upgrade for the stretch run.

And Chychrun is highly overrated. Other than the shooting heater he went on last year in the weakest division, he's been a meh 2nd pairing defenseman. He's being outplayed by Gostisbehere ffs. His contract is probably appropriate if he can bounce back on a better team. He's simply over his head trying to play 1st pairing this year.
