And it is matched, Dobson is not going anywhere.

Whoops. Deleted my comment. I thought it was Andrew Ladd LOL! For the LA Trade.

That’s not Andrew Ladd that’s Anders Lee, Ladd is on the Coyotes now, and the Kings are more of a place holder. Lee is a big net front presence and has 20 points on a struggling islanders team, and is massive locker room presence, Lee doesn’t need to go to the Kings I was just trying to find a team that’s about to exit a rebuild that could use a good player to start contending

I don't think that Anders Lee is of interest to either SoCal team. They're both looking for RWs.

Yeah you are probably right on this one, I kind of low balled Dobsons value, but the Islanders definitely have a lot of cap space to give him whatever he wants, he’s going to be an integral part of the team moving foward

Yeah sorry about that bud I corrected my comment. Anders Lee sounds much better than Andrew Ladd haha but with the limited cap space the Kings have, they’ll probably stick to improving Left Defensive position. Send Lee to Anaheim Sticking Out Tongue

I think a 3rd round pick is too much for Chara. Leafs also dont really have a use for him at the moment

Lol np, I think Lee could really f it anywhere, the Kings do have Kopitar and Byfield already as their big net presences so I wouldn’t be too opposed to send him to the Ducks either, there are for sure a lot of options

I don't love the idea of trading Lee - especially since here you've basically traded Lee at $7M + a 2 & a 3 for Strome at $4M & a 1st (rolling in that $1M retention to Strome's overall hit). Lee is a legit 25-30 goal scoring threat every year (since the beginning of last season, he's played 67 games and scored 25 on the nose) while Strome just doesn't have that kind of track record yet. You also have to figure in the facts that Strome is RFA this year and probably getting a raise on that $3M, *and* whatever intangible value you want to give to the Islanders trading away their current captain.

I also don't think the Aho/Bolduc combo gets Roslovic out of Columbus - they'd be selling low on him if they moved him, but not that low.
