He’s definitely not worth that price but it’s been reported to death that the starting price is a 1st, that a tone of teams are in on Chiarot and that he will likely fetch a Savard-like return (1st + 3rd). I also retained 50 % of his deal here just to make the value a bit better so tbh I can easily see this happening irl even though I think it’s a horrible trade for whoever gets Chiarot (cough cough he’s horrible lmfao)

I think a A prospect would do it for Chiarot. A guy like Ryan Susuki of the Cannes. Mtl is not far away to get back on track. Perreault career is not safe right now. so no trade. I think Mtl should resign Lethonen and Kulak to a one year deal. Wideman should stay in Mtl for the rest of the season since they have a lack of right hand defensemen.

we should also mention the biding war is quite something when it's come to the tdl auction. 12 teams is really something at the moment but more the time will pass lesser will be the number and maybe the deal in place will be along those parameter but who know the right price tag anyway ... sometime it's not about the price but about the player or players in the deal ... And no Chiarot is not bad, but he is not a Weber ....
