They already have that, as demonstrated by an earlier stretch of the season when damn near half the line-up was from the AHL.

Is it? Raffl isn't good, they'd much rather turn to Walker, Joshua, etc. and the Blues have no cap for him anyway. It's a waste of money and effort. They have bigger fish to fry.
