Oloffson is worth more than Strome as of now

Vanecek isnt worth Nemeth and a 4th lmao. Especially to a division rival.

Oloffson is worth more than Strome as of now

How so? For the last 4 years, Oloffson averages 0.27g/game and 0.65pts/game and Strome average 0.26g/game and 0.75pts/game. Over that time frame, Olofsson is a -43 and Strome is a +1 in =/-. This year, Olofsson is 7g-17a-24 points in 42 games and Strome is 10g-26a-36 points in 46 games. He has more assists than Olofson has points. Strome is a center, which is harder to find that a RW.

How is Olofson worth more that Strome?

And Strome on a 1year deal would basically just be a “rental” that we’d have to trade at the deadline bc he wouldn’t re-sign with us most likely

It’s a trade that just doesn’t make sense for us

The 1 year deal thing is only to show the deal as a TDL deal from the current season. Buffalo needs experience at center now that they totally screwed themselves with the Eichel situation

Dvorak is a 2C/3C on a team that needs one since they are not going to be able to keep Strome

We have Cozens, Mittelstadt, Krebs, and Thompson- who’s on pace for 34goals this season

U can keep Strome
I can pretty much guarantee we have no interest

RD is a big hole we need filled next year, NOT center
