Ya i can understand that. I had a 2nd going their way originally. Im not sure what teams will pay for Kunin at this point.

This would be the opposite of what the Canes said they were looking to do leading up to the deadline. Apparently, they’d rather trade from their deep prospect pool and keep their picks.

Also, I don’t think Klingberg is that good a fit. I’d rather they target a D who is actually good defensively.

I'd be surprised if Kunin were available, but a rental who's worse than him and a busted prospect isn't much incentive for NSH to move him.

Yeah, I'm just really high on him so don't want to move him. Also agree on Kling not being the best fit - but with the TDA injury we need an offensive dman who can run the PP. I know RBA said it's a month long injury but with something serious enough to put him out a month it's likely not going to heal completely this year so have to look at all options.

They are listening to Kunin offers from what i hear. But they are also do that with Forsberg so who knows. Pollie is looking for a deal that would make it worth it. This is probably not it. With a 2nd i think he does it.
Im thinking NASH is willing to chance radulov having some scoring touch left, not going well i understand, but not really going well for kunin either. So a change of scenery might help both. Rad being a vet is something they could use use if they kinda stack up a little bit for this run.

YA if Vanecek doesn't turn out, pretty pointless. But i guess he was worth a 2nd round pick to WSH

Well he will play and possibly become a better player, than you can trade him later when you know more about Price and what you will need to do.

They signed Heimosalmi and Koivenen real quick after drafting them, so they quite like them I’d say. I don’t think they move either, but wouldn’t be too surprised if Heimosalmi was traded as he hasn’t really shown much against men this year.

I more so expect the Keanes, Rees, Ponomarevs, are trade fodder with Morrow, Suzuki, Drury and Koivunen being the untouchables except in a package for a Chychrun or the like.
