Giving up too much in the miller trade. I understand thats the asking price but its not worth it for the leafs imo.

canucks decline again /still.Word is we are keeping Miller and Schenn unless we get a kings ransom. Sorry but thats not it.IMHO

The asking price is definitely more than that. From the Leafs it would be one of Niemela/Knies, one of Robertson/Liljegren, and a 1st minimum

This is JT Miller that we're trading for, not David Pastrnak...... Two A level prospects and a first for a guy whos 28, and has been good for 2 years.... insanity

Miller has been good for way more than 2 years, and has been a PPG player for 3 seasons. He has more points than Ostrnak this year, can play C, and is solid defensively. He also has a steal of a contract for this season and next. Canucks don’t need to move him unless they get an offer they can’t refuse

Amirov is currently untradable with the news he has a brain tumor. That offer wouldn't be enough for Miller alone without salary retention.
