DNVR 3 YEAR ALL IN

Description
Both moves are ALL IN moves BUT for the long term. The Avs will get 2 long term high end assets for the rest of their window and not just for this season.

COL is on Hertl's 3 team trade list, he does not sign in SJ. Offer just needs to be better than Bos's.

In the offseaon the Avs sign Hertl to 7.5 AAVx 8 using the money lost from Kadri/ JTC. Can transition to wing once Newhook is ready.

For those wondering, Hertl's return is low because of his NTC. Avs could probably add a bit more depending if Bos can beat it but they don't have a lot of value to offer. Rentals also have somewhat of a hard cap.

On the same note I went VERY hard after Hagel because I would rather overspend on these things than underspend. If you feel differently balance out the assets on either side.

IMO this is a stupid argument to drive down Hertl’s value. He’s fine going wherever as long as he has a shot to compete. He also knows Sharks management won’t **** him over and in return, he won’t **** over the sharks like Hall in Buffalo. Hertl has no reason to bone the sharks by enforcing his NTC.

Hertl has a NTC in which he presents 3 teams he can be traded too. Unless you have some hard evidence that shows why I should not take that into account then this seems like wishful thinking on your part more than anything else.

Also its not like I am completely screwing SJ here. I'm offering a 1st, 3rd and 2 young players for a rental in a buyers market and even then I was open to saying the Avs could possibly offer more depending on what Bos does.

Also I did note that this wasn't created to look for others opinions, it a make believe trade simulator, not a place for you to take out your fears over what SJ may or may not do at the TDL. GM's aren't reading this going 'wow thats a good idea'. If I was concerned about SJ's position on the matter I'd ask one of the many knowledgeable SJ people I know, not a message board
