"TOR and CHI could be a trade match for Flower. Could have 3rd team in deal to help Flower cap retain. TOR could send Mrazek back to CHI in the trade plus top prospects and picks. Possible to add Hagel in as well for a better return in Chicago's eyes" - Frank

But this is way too much for TOR to give up. Hagel is a decent young player, but he's not "give up the farm good". Leafs can get Fleury 50% retained for Mrazek a first or a second and a decent prospect. (They need someone to play net for the next couple years, and M isn't a bad option. Hagel is not worth Niemela and Knies (or even one of them) IMO. Now if it was Debrincat, the Leafs would consider it.

That would breakdown to:
Fleury at 50% for Mrazek, 2nd and Abruezze
Debrincat for Neimela, Knies and a first

That's a pretty good return IMO for both teams

take out niemela and i think that is exactly what a trade for those guys would look like doubt it happens tho
