I don't see enough value in the CHI deal to execute. MAF could be viewed as Mrazek + 1st and hagel requires a 1st + top prospect as a minimum. your picks are also likely to be closer to 32 with MAF and Hagel as opposed to one around 20-25.

I don't think its feasible for TOR to make a move for both and without an amazing offer it doesn't make sense for CHI.
